Eshcol House is a detached three-storey nursing home accommodating up to 31 older people, currently supporting 25 residents. The building is set into a hillside with ground-level access to each floor and sea views. The home follows current infection control guidance with regular cleaning of high-contact areas, and staff understand their responsibilities in preventing infection risks.

People are protected from abuse and discrimination, with staff confident in reporting safeguarding concerns. Health professionals expressed confidence in residents' safety.

The home has identified and mitigated risks effectively, with firefighting and lifting equipment regularly serviced and tested. Staff recruitment is safe and staffing levels meet residents' needs.
