Khaya Project (Wellesley Road)

This care home accommodates up to five people with mental health needs, currently supporting four residents. Care plans include suitable risk assessments that effectively manage risks and keep people safe. Pre-employment checks ensure staff are suitable, and staff demonstrate awareness of safeguarding procedures to protect people from abuse. The home maintains appropriate staffing levels to support residents when needed, and medicines are managed safely. Staff have completed essential training for their roles and feel supported in their work.
