Oakwood Lodge

Oakwood Lodge accommodates up to eight people with mental health needs across two floors. At inspection, six people were living at the home. Staff assessed and monitored risks to people, with risks recorded in care plans. The home supported people with their nutritional needs, helping them to eat and drink appropriately. Staff worked to understand each person's individual requirements and provided support tailored to their needs.
