About Colenso House

Colenso House is a residential care home in Redbridge, providing accommodation and personal care for adults with learning disabilities who may also have mental health needs. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent assessment of the service.

Colenso provides accommodation and support with personal care for up to five adults with learning disabilities who may also have mental health needs. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service. There was no registered manager in place.

Previously identified concerns regarding staff induction, medicine management and risk of water contamination have been addressed and completed.
