About Kernow House

Kernow House provides personal care and nursing care for up to 98 people, with 71 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports individuals with Huntington's disease, dual diagnosis, acquired brain injury, dementia and mental health issues.

Staff demonstrated understanding of risks to residents and implemented systems to help reduce them. Safeguarding systems were in place and the service raised concerns appropriately.
