Visitors arrange appointments in advance.

A computer connected to a large screen television in a separate room enables private video conversations, with staff providing support but withdrawing to maintain privacy. Staff also assist residents in using electronic tablets and telephones to maintain regular contact. The service facilitates access to healthcare advice through tablets, with care records updated to reflect professional guidance. All staff understand and consistently implement infection control processes across the service.
