Kepplegate House provides residential care and support for up to 16 people. The environment has been specifically arranged to support safe visits, including a dedicated porch area for socially distanced meetings where handwashing facilities, infection control gel, and personal protective equipment are readily available.

A computer connected to a large screen television in a separate room enables private video conversations, with staff providing support but withdrawing to maintain privacy. Staff also assist residents in using electronic tablets and telephones to maintain regular contact.

The service facilitates access to healthcare advice through tablets, with care records updated to reflect professional guidance. All staff understand and consistently implement infection control processes across the service.
