Kenmore

Kenmore is a care home with nursing that supports up to 26 people, though 20 were living there during inspection. It's housed in a converted older building with two ground floor extensions set around a courtyard. The service cares for people with physical disabilities, providing both personal and nursing care.

Staff generally supported people to have maximum choice and control in their lives, using the least restrictive approaches. However, inspectors found concerns about residents being encouraged to go to bed before night staff arrived. While improvements had been made to oversight of the service, some issues remained around the recording of capacity and decision-making processes.
