Holme House Care Home

Holme House provides personal and nursing care for up to 68 people, with some living with dementia. The service is split across two separate floors and was accommodating 49 people at the time of inspection. People and relatives were actively involved in planning their care, with needs regularly assessed by staff who had completed all relevant training for their roles.

Staff demonstrated good knowledge of residents' care needs, and professionals spoke positively about the team and registered manager. The service was introducing a shopping and dining out experience on the top floor. Activity coordinators had been recruited and activities within the service had notably improved.
