The CQC rated the home outstanding overall, finding highly skilled, well-trained staff who delivered exceptionally personalised care based on thorough assessment and good practice guidelines. Inspectors praised the flexible, person-centred activity planning, compassionate end-of-life care, and strong involvement of people and relatives in shaping their own care.

Leadership was found to be effective, with robust systems for gathering feedback and driving improvement. Some inconsistencies were found in medication record keeping, though inspectors confirmed no harm had occurred and the registered manager had already acted to strengthen checks.
