Keneydon House provides accommodation and care for up to 21 older people, some living with dementia, in a single adapted building with shared lounges, a dining room and a garden. At the time of the assessment, 19 people were living there.

The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. Inspectors noted kind, dignified care and well-managed medicines, though some risk assessments and recruitment records lacked detail and parts of the building needed redecoration. People and their families spoke highly of staff consistency, communication and the approachable manager.
