About Keate House Residential Home

Keate House Residential Home is a residential care home in Warrington, offering accommodation and support for people, including those living with dementia. Further details on the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

This care home is located a short walk from Lymm village centre and provides accommodation for up to 54 people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 45 residents were living there. The home had adapted its facilities to support infection prevention and control, including creating a treatment room at the front of the building for visiting professionals.

Visitors were able to spend time with loved ones in several ways. An outdoor visitor's pod allowed relatives to meet without entering the building, and when visiting wasn't possible, the home arranged alternative communication methods including video viewing on the big screen for residents to connect with family members.
