Bucklow Manor Care Home

Bucklow Manor provides personal care for up to 56 residents aged 65 and over, including people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 people were using the service. People and their relatives were complimentary about the care provided, with staff treating residents as individuals with dignity and respect.

Relatives felt included and described a homely environment where staff were kind and caring.

Systems are in place to protect people from abuse, with staff understanding their responsibility to report concerns. Risks to residents are assessed and managed as safely as possible.
