This home provides personal care and accommodation for up to five people with complex mental health needs. During the inspection, four residents were present at the home.

The service had concerns regarding staff supervision and support. Inspectors found that staff were not always properly supervised in their work, which created a risk that care provided might not be safe or suitable for residents. When asked about this issue, senior management acknowledged that work was needed to ensure all supervisions were completed regularly.

Additionally, some care plans and risk assessments had not been updated and reviewed as required to maintain current and accurate information about residents' needs and risks.
