Jasmine House

Jasmine House is a residential care home providing personal care to six people, with capacity for up to seven. It supports people with complex needs including learning disability, physical disability and mental health, offering single bedrooms for each resident. The home focuses on enabling people to live as independently as possible with control and choice in their daily lives.

Staff demonstrated gentle, kind and professional care during the inspection. Healthcare monitoring was thorough and inclusive, with people encouraged to monitor their own health and attend discussion meetings to understand and manage their mental wellbeing. The home maintained effective audits and servicing contracts to ensure the environment remained safe for residents.
