Jasmine at Primrose

Jasmine at Primrose provides short-term respite care for people with learning disabilities and specialist healthcare needs, including epilepsy, autism, and sensory impairments. At the time of inspection, thirty-six people in the community accessed the service, which can accommodate up to seven people simultaneously. Individuals can stay between one to ten nights, allowing flexible respite arrangements tailored to their needs. The service is designed to enable people to live full lives and achieve the best possible outcomes, supporting residents with complex care requirements in a community-based setting.
