Jackson House

Jackson House provides nursing care for up to four adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. At the time of inspection, two people lived at the home. The provider had developed detailed policies, procedures and risk assessments to manage risks relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, which were clearly written and regularly updated. Systems were in place to screen visitors for symptoms, and people were supported to keep in touch with loved ones through face to face visits, telephone and video calls. Staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment and had access to adequate supplies.
