Hazelmere House Care Home

Hazelmere House provides nursing and personal care to 40 residents in purpose-built accommodation across two floors, with capacity for up to 56 people. Care and nursing plans are comprehensive, detailed and kept up to date, clearly outlining each person's current care needs and how to safely manage identified risks. Medicines are managed safely by trained staff and administered as prescribed.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and implements stringent infection control measures. Staff demonstrate strong awareness of individual risks and safeguarding responsibilities, with comprehensive training in place to protect people from abuse.
