Eden Mansions provides nursing and personal care across four separate villas, supporting up to 106 people. At inspection, 77 people were being cared for. The home was expanding a designated care setting within one villa to accommodate 15 people, up from 8.

The setting features three bedrooms with private ensuite facilities and five bedrooms with designated shared bathrooms. Inspectors found that risk assessments were in place to prevent cross infection, with a separate entrance established for the setting. Health screening and temperature checks were undertaken prior to entry. Designated staff had been consulted to work within the setting, with staggered start times implemented.
