Immacolata House accommodates up to 49 people requiring nursing and personal care, with most residents living with dementia. During inspection, 48 people were living in the home.

Staff demonstrated strong commitment to safety practices. They had completed additional training and understood the importance of wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, with sufficient stocks of masks, gloves, aprons and hand sanitiser available throughout the service. Sanitisation and PPE stations were positioned around the home.

The service had appointed a dedicated infection control lead who supported staff to understand and implement proper procedures.
