Iceni House

Iceni House is a residential care home supporting 57 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 75 residents. The service operates across two units, one on each floor, providing single accommodation for those requiring residential care or specialist dementia support.

During the inspection, several areas required improvement. Audits in place were not consistently effective, and care records lacked accuracy and detail in some instances. Environmental risk assessments had not been thorough enough to adequately protect residents from potential harm. Additionally, breakfast was not always served at an appropriate temperature, affecting residents' dining experience.
