Six people were living there when inspectors assessed the service, which was rated Requires Improvement overall. The CQC found breaches relating to safe care and treatment and to governance, with unclear staffing structures and safeguarding incidents that were not properly recorded or shared.

Inspectors found staff were kind, knowledgeable and respected people's privacy and dignity, and the service worked well with health and social care partners. Medicines were managed safely, but activity provision was limited and some people and relatives felt they were not fully involved in planning their care.
