Hooklands Care Home

Hooklands Care Home provides personal care for over 65s in a detached house across three floors in Bracklesham Bay. The service accommodates up to 27 people and currently supports 23 residents with varying needs including diabetes, epilepsy, dementia, and age-related frailty, with nursing care provided by community services. Safety risks have been assessed and mitigated, and care plans are personalised to reflect individual health needs.

Residents and relatives reported feeling safe and satisfied with the care provided. One person said, "They do a good job looking after my health." Staff are trained to administer medicines safely and know how to identify and report potential harm, ensuring people are safeguarded from situations where they may experience harm.
