Church Farm Care Home provides residential care for older people, including those living with dementia or a learning disability. The CQC found the service performing well, with residents speaking highly of their support and confirming there were enough staff on hand to meet their needs.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and understood how to respond to safeguarding concerns, helping residents feel safe. Care was person-centred, with people involved in planning their own support and risk management, and those lacking capacity supported in their best interests. Residents retained independence and choice, alongside varied activities and community involvement.
