Heathfield Care Home

This residential care home accommodates up to 23 people requiring personal care. At inspection, 18 residents were living there.

The service implemented strong infection control practices, with all residents and staff participating in regular Covid-19 testing. Personal protective equipment was readily available throughout the home and used appropriately by staff. Items entering the service, including deliveries and parcels, underwent isolation periods. The premises were maintained to a high standard, being clean and odour-free with an enhanced cleaning regime in place to prevent the spread of infection.
