Holy Cross

Holy Cross provides personal and nursing care for up to 56 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 48 residents were living there.

People felt very safe in the home and spoke highly of the support they received from staff. Both residents and relatives described staff as "friendly," "supportive" and "caring." One resident commented, "I feel safe because the place is well staffed and they are very approachable, caring and the place has a good atmosphere about it," while another said, "The staff are very friendly, and I can have a bit of banter with them. I could not be treated better anywhere else."

Staff effectively safeguarded people from abuse and managed risks to both individuals and the environment well.
