Sycamore Care Centre

Sycamore Care Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 113 people, including those living with dementia, across 9 units in 4 buildings. At inspection, 107 people were living at the home. People felt very safe and reported receiving kind and caring support from staff. Relatives praised the team's training and approach, with one saying "The staff are well trained. They're very good with my [family member]. They know how to speak to people. I couldn't fault the staff, they're marvellous" and another describing it as a safe environment where their family member was "well supported and well looked after." Staff safeguarded people from abuse, managed risks to individuals and the environment effectively, and there were sufficient staff levels to meet people's needs.
