Owlett Hall

Owlett Hall provides accommodation and personal care for up to 56 older people and people with dementia across three units. At inspection, 46 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of individual residents' preferences and needs, with care records reflecting people's choices and decisions around their care.

The home manages risks appropriately, regularly reviewing them as circumstances change. Accident and incident records are completed and monitored to prevent further occurrences. Safeguarding systems are in place to protect people, and medicines are dispensed safely and as prescribed. Overall, the service demonstrates effective systems for ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing.
