Holmdale

Holmdale provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning and physical disabilities. The service, managed by Community Integrated Care, had four residents at the time of inspection with staff on duty twenty-four hours a day. People were protected from abuse, with relatives and healthcare professionals confirming residents felt safe. The service maintained well-managed infection control practices to minimise the risk of infection spread. Residents received care from experienced staff who were supported in their roles.
