Holm Lodge

Holm Lodge provides personal and nursing care for up to 26 older people with various health conditions including dementia, diabetes, depression and alcohol dependence. At inspection, 23 people were using the service.

Care plans contained risk assessments with conflicting information. Residents were given opportunities to provide feedback, though this was inconsistent and it was unclear whether any learning or improvement had resulted from their input. Some audits lacked detail, consisting of tick boxes without commentary or explanation.
