Holcroft Grange Residential Care Home

Holcroft Grange provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 older people, some living with physical disabilities. At inspection, 29 residents were living at the home.

The service has effective infection prevention and control procedures in place, with a clean, hygienic and well-maintained environment. Staff implement extra cleaning schedules and daily checklists, including two-hourly 'touch point' cleaning, to manage infection transmission.
