Hinderton Mount Residential Home

The home accommodates up to 26 residents requiring personal care support across two floors in an adapted building. At the time of inspection, 11 people were living at the service, all with age-related conditions.

Staff supported residents to stay in contact with family and loved ones using hand-held devices. A relative praised the visiting experience, highlighting the service's purpose-built visiting room with a floor-to-ceiling screen and microphone that enabled effective communication during socially distanced visits. The family also commended communication received from the service during the pandemic.
