Hartford Hey accommodates up to 28 older people, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 21 residents were living at the home. Residents spoke positively about their experience, with comments including "This home is beautiful, it is also lovely and clean" and "I couldn't be better. I am really happy here." One resident noted the importance of regular contact with family, saying "I see my daughter regularly and that means so much to me." Relatives reported that visits during challenging periods were well-managed, with pre-booked garden visits and indoor visits arranged with appropriate safety measures in place.
