Eden Supported Services is a small residential care home providing personal and nursing care to people with learning disabilities aged 18 to 65. The service currently supports three people and can accommodate up to four residents.
The home is designed to enable people to live as full a life as possible with control, choice, and independence. Staff provide planned, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations, helping residents achieve meaningful outcomes and greater autonomy in their daily lives.
