Hillcrest

Hillcrest provides accommodation and support for up to 20 adults with learning disabilities, with 20 people using the service at the time of inspection. The organisation operates as a complex of three registered buildings—the main Hillcrest house and two smaller properties, Hill Close and 2 Hill Close—sharing staffing, policies, and operational elements across all three sites.

Inspectors observed the quality of support and care provided across all three interconnected buildings during their assessment period.
