This small residential care home supports up to 3 people with a learning disability and autistic people. The service is situated in an ordinary residential area, providing good access to local amenities and services that support residents' independence and autonomy. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control of their lives, using the least restrictive approaches possible.

However, the inspection identified significant concerns. Systems for managing people's safety were not robust enough, with shortfalls in cleanliness and in the assessment and management of risk. There was also a lack of clarity regarding staff deployment. These issues had not been identified through the provider's governance arrangements, indicating weaknesses in the home's internal oversight and quality assurance processes.
