Carleton Court Care Home

Carleton Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 35 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building. People felt safe and settled, speaking highly of the support they received from consistent staff who knew them well. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of residents' needs and received effective supervision, training and developmental opportunities.

Risks were well managed through individual assessments, and people's nutritional needs were well met. Many residents praised the quality of the food provided. Medication was administered safely and in accordance with best practice standards.
