Hillcrest Care Home

Hillcrest Care Home provides residential accommodation and nursing care for older people and those living with dementia, with 26 residents at the time of inspection across two floors with adapted facilities. The home can accommodate up to 34 people.

The home demonstrated good practice in managing visitor safety, maintaining appropriate testing and checks in line with current guidance. Ample supplies of personal protective equipment were available throughout the home. When visiting restrictions required isolation, residents were supported to use video calling technology to maintain regular contact with family and friends.
