Relatives were supported to visit residents in a designated safe indoor 'visiting pod' area with thorough cleaning and PPE procedures in place.

Staff prioritised residents' social and emotional wellbeing by offering meaningful activities adapted to smaller groups or individual preferences. The home used various methods, including technology, to support communication and help residents make video calls with loved ones. The service maintained ample supplies of appropriate personal protective equipment, which was stored hygienically and kept secure throughout the home.
