Hill House Nursing Home

Hill House Nursing Home accommodates up to 29 adults requiring personal or nursing care, including those living with dementia. The home occupies two floors in one adapted building with accessible communal areas, a garden and outdoor spaces. At inspection, 19 people were using the service, nine receiving nursing care.

The home operated effective safeguarding and risk management strategies to keep people safe. Staff understood people's assessed care needs and followed accurate care plans to support them safely. Medicines were managed securely and given correctly. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with equipment regularly checked and replaced when needed. The provider met infection prevention and control requirements. People received support to maintain and improve their health and nutrition.
