Hill Barn Care Home provides residential care to up to 26 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 25 people were using the service. The home is located in a single building with ground floor accommodation, two communal lounges, and large grounds.

Inspectors identified areas for improvement in recruitment processes, though the provider had recently implemented a staff file audit to address this. While staffing levels appeared sufficient, there were concerns about how staff were deployed across the home, particularly regarding supervision in communal areas to ensure people received appropriate support and oversight.
