Highwater House

Highwater House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 22 people who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness and have mental health disorders alongside drug and/or alcohol dependencies. Located in central Norwich, the service supports some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

People receive outstanding care from a committed and knowledgeable staff team. Residents are treated with exceptional kindness and spoke extremely positively about their experience. Staff demonstrate high motivation and the organisation shows strong commitment to supporting its residents through their recovery and stabilisation.
