Shaftesbury John Grooms Court

Livability John Grooms Court provides personal care for people with physical, neurological and learning disabilities, accommodating up to 29 people in one adapted building. Each resident has their own self-contained flat with kitchen and en-suite bathroom, along with communal living room, dining room and kitchen facilities. At the time of inspection, 24 people were being supported by the service.

Inspectors observed good practice in how staff engaged with families. A staff member was seen taking time with a relative after their first visit, patiently explaining how to remove personal protective equipment.
