High Trees Residential Home

High Trees Residential Home provides care for up to 16 older people, younger adults and people with a learning disability or autism. At the time of the assessment, 14 people lived at the home. The CQC rated the service Good overall, noting some improvements were needed around environmental and recruitment safety, though risks were otherwise well managed and medicines handled safely.

Inspectors found a strong learning culture, with concerns investigated thoroughly and staff well supported by a knowledgeable manager. People and families spoke positively about the care, feeling safe and listened to, with choices respected and person-centred support consistently provided.
