Caradoc House Residential Care Home

Caradoc House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 people, with 10 residents receiving personal care at the time of inspection, some living with dementia. The home failed to maintain adequate safety standards. Hazardous substances were not safely stored, firefighting equipment was not readily available, and window restrictors were missing from windows. The provider did not effectively analyse significant incidents to identify learning opportunities or implement necessary changes to improve safety.
