This residential care home supports up to 10 people aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, substance misuse issues, or physical disabilities, offering both permanent placements and rehabilitation following mental health crises. Seven residents lived at the home during inspection. People felt safe and were able to discuss concerns with staff, who understood how to report safety issues. The home had identified risks in care and the environment, with appropriate measures in place to reduce them. Residents received their medicines as needed and contributed to maintaining a clean home.

Care planning was based on holistic assessments of each person's needs, and staff supported residents to make choices about their lives in the least restrictive way possible. The service operated in line with policies promoting this approach. Staff received training and development support to build their knowledge and skills for their roles.
