Heron Hill Care Home

Heron Hill Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 86 people across three units spread over three floors. Nightingale on the ground floor offers general nursing care, while Cavell on the first floor supports people living with dementia who have nursing needs. Wheawall, a male-only unit on the second floor, accommodates up to 20 men. All units feature separate dining and communal areas, with single ensuite bedrooms throughout the home.

At inspection, 72 people were using the service. People were safe and protected from abuse, with sufficient staff possessing the right skills to provide appropriate support.
