About Eric Williams House

Eric Williams House is a residential care home in Coventry, providing personal care and support for older people, including a reablement programme for those working towards returning home. Full details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Eric Williams House is a residential care home providing personal care to 40 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 43 residents total. The service also offers a six-week reablement programme supporting people to regain independence and return home.

People felt safe living at the home. Staff understood how to protect residents and speak up on their behalf to further safeguard them. Identified risks had clear steps in place to minimise the possibility of harm or injury.

There were enough staff to provide care, and staff used appropriate infection control measures including gloves and aprons. Incidents and accidents were recorded and reviewed to ensure people received necessary support when issues occurred.
