Heathfield House

Heathfield House provides care for up to six people with learning disabilities or autism. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with six residents living there. The service is designed to support people's independence, dignity, and choices while enabling good access to local communities. Staff work to ensure residents benefit from the right support tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
