202 Weston Road is a care home providing personal care for up to four autistic people, people with a learning disability and people with mental health needs. At the time of the assessment, four people were living there. The CQC found the service had made significant improvements since its previous inadequate rating, meeting all outstanding breaches and moving out of special measures, with an overall rating of good.

Inspectors found people and relatives were happy with their care, describing staff as supportive and attentive. Staff communicated respectfully and encouraged people to make their own choices, and relatives spoke positively about the registered manager and the wider team.
