Heath Cottage is a residential care home in Salford providing care for up to 28 people, with 21 residents living there at the time of the inspection. Residents and relatives felt the home was a safe place to live. Medicines were managed safely, and inspectors observed people being well supported to maintain good mobility.

Staff received appropriate induction and training to support their roles. The home works to ensure people have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting residents in the least restrictive way possible and according to their best interests.
